【日本綜藝節目-阿Q冒險中】
「阿Q冒險中」是一個日本長達十幾年之久的綜藝節目。Ｍiyazon則是日本知名搞笑藝人，而我的任務是在十二天內讓Ｍiyazon學會轉大鐵環。
大鐵環則算是一項入門門檻極高、又恐怖的項目，困難之處不在於需要強大的核心或肌耐力，而是身體在環內出力控制鐵環的身體協調，而身體協調需要長時間的練習跟重複，才能感受到那零點幾秒的差異做修正。
按照過去的數據，這是有的人在自學的情況下花了超過半年的進度，對於要用十二天來完成，對Miyazon來說是個挑戰，對我來說也是。
這任務也讓我看到身為搞笑藝人的敬業，除了非常專注以外還能夠在苦澀的練習中搞笑帶過，然後在看著他練到笑不出來。就讓我們期待這段艱辛又好笑的大環初體驗。

The big iron ring is a very high-level and horrible entry threshold. The difficulty is not that it requires a strong core or muscular endurance, but the body's internal force in the ring to control the coordination of the iron ring, and the body coordination takes a long time. The practice and repetition can only be corrected by the difference of a few tenths of a second.
According to past data, this is a situation in which some people have spent more than half a year in self-study. It takes a ten-day completion, which is a challenge for Miyazon, and it is also for me.
This task also made me see the dedication of being a funny artist. While practicing and being funny, I practiced until I could not laugh. Let us look forward to this hard and funny initial experience of the cyrwheel.
